wmswms
While playing a QB, I decided to run a sharpshooter ahead and to the right of my main force to do a little recon. I was surprised to see the sharpshooter get targeted off and on by several different friendly units. The battle is in North Africa at night. I didnt see any actual tracers towards the sharpshooter and each targeting only lasted a couple seconds. It occured in several different turns by different units. I never noticed this in CMBB, is this an addition to CMAK? I took screen shots of one of the instances just in case someone wants to see them.
Snarker
It can happen and it will much more frequently at night. Be grateful your airforce doesn't fly at night!

I've had units indulge in hideous, minute long firefights with each other at night until I could issue new orders to get them to knock it off, even racking up serious casualties. Try night and heavy fog. You could lose whole units without ever making contact with the enemy.
Treeburst155
Give area fire orders to a half dozen different units at night. Hehe.....
