After moving several times, I seem to have misplaced my manual. It isn't a big deal, since I've read it several times, but the keyboard quick reference buried somewhere in the middle of it is useful, since I have forgotten how to access help in game. Has anyone made a handy printable keyboard shortcut file? I know, I should just pay the $5 or whatever it is to buy a new manual.
