Moon Posted March 4, 2003 Share Posted March 4, 2003 Well, the computer pre-selects one flag, but you can change that (provided it's not set to automatic). In the setup phase, click on the highest HQ on the map. Open the orders menu. You will find a command there called "activate flag". Use it to click on the flag you want to activate.
