dalbrech Posted June 7, 2003 Share Posted June 7, 2003 A lot of the scenarios do not load IN 3d! They load in the top down 2d screen but that is all. Some scenarios load in 3d, others do not. I have tried it on two different computers with two different Video cards (A Banshee and a Nivida GForce 4) and running two Different versions of windows (98 and XP) and the same thing happens on both. I know both computers can run the original CMBO fine. ANybody else have this problem? Looks as if CDV might have screwed up the manufacture and since I ordered through Chips and Bits I am ripped off a far as returns go. Anbody esle thave this problem. I have emailed both CDV and Battlefront about this problem. I hope there is not a jurisdiction battle between them on a patch. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The 2d top view does look a lot like other programs when they refuse to load in 3d and you have to switch to Software mode. If you were not aware of the many different camera angles, I assume you may not be aware of other cool features such as selecting a unit and hitting the tab key to lock onto them and follow them through the action (really cool from views 1 and 2).
