Sgian Dubh
Hi all, I picked up a copy of German Battle Tactics on the Russian Front 1941-1945 by Steven H. Newton (Schiffer Military History) I have been enjoying it immensely. For others for whom the Eastern Front is 'new'. I highly recommend it. This won't be news to the more erudite members, but this was a new book for me. SD
kipanderson
Hi, Steven Newton has a new book, Kursk: the German View, due in March. Should be very good stuff. Steven Newton comes out of the US Military education establishment and as such, like David Glantz, is a very good source. He is very open minded and rational. All the best, Kip.
Madmatt
We have just added a new Bibliography page for CMBB which lists some of the best books available on the Eastern Front. All books are on sale from Amazon and we have included links to order from them for your convenience. http://www.battlefront.com/products/cmbb/biblio.html Madmatt
