When the game is over and each unit has kill counts displayed, do the kills for crew casualties caused by armor penetrations count as infantry casualties in the victorious tank's kill count? If you have a vehicle with only a MG then it will display the max range in the target command lines. 2) Yes, but there are bugs. It only counts when some of the crew makes it out alife, in that case you get points and the kill count for those who stayed in. But if nobody makes it out in a desastrous hit then there are no points and no count. Somebody might want to report the bug for CMAK...
