Bone_Vulture
A routed AT gun crew had this peculiar status, when viewed in the after game screen. How does the "unarmed" affect the game? Perhaps the unit's influence over a flag?
Tanaka
It was captured and "unarmed" by the enemy… after that, it escaped back to its forces...
Bone_Vulture
Makes sense. But can the unit escape during the game, and how does this work? Is the distance to enemy / friendly untis a factor?
jKMkIII
If you leave captured enemies unguarded they might escape, also it seems that if enemy has troops close they are more likely to do so. I always gather captured enemies to one place and keep some troops close. Perhaps reserves or squads that have run out of ammo.
Slappy
Captured units work a little like a victory flag. If their side gets a significant local superiority in their area, they'll become free to go. CMBO originally did not consider them disarmed, which made for some sticky situations when they were freed.
Snorri
you capture enemies?.. i mean, and keep them?
Tanaka
Yes, keep them... they count has double points to the victory calculations. Btw, you can order them to move, hide, but never to do some offensive action.
