Please check the Order ID or License Number and re-create the request. Any fixes? Note: I'd be happy to e-mail the info to anyone at BFC to give it a try! Urban Shocker Posted June 10, 2007 Author Share Posted June 10, 2007 Thanks to Martin, problem solved. I didn't have the dashes (-) in my license number when I generated the original eLicense.
