BRussell
Help. I bought this game from BF, have installed it, but the game says I can't play until I put in a license key that came with the email confirmation. That e-mail was apparently put in the trash (I bought the game nearly a month ago) and I now can't use the game which I spent a lot of money on. Does anyone know how i can access a game I bought? (I really don't like being treated like a crook after spending my money at BF).
n0kn0k
If you had looked a bit better you would have seen the sticky on top of this board A simple email to the support link in that faq will get you sorted. http://www.battlefront.com/discuss/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=22;t=000293
BRussell
If I had looked a bit better? Hold on there partner, I'm not a crook and I paid for this game out of my own money. I shouldn't have to do any looking to get this game running (from a website). I typed both sets of numbers on the back of the manual into the key and got, again, an error message. Try and access it through the net? Nope, it isn't working. My rig runs all the games I've ever installed with no problem-until now. The support people at BF should be jumping through loops to rectify this problem-it isn't one I should be enduring.
Madmatt
No one is saying that you are a theif, and for the vast majority of customers our license system is easy adn unintrusive, but you are obviously having a problem so we will try to get you all squared away. Since you already have another post open with this topic, I am going to close this one and try and help you in the other. Madmatt
