Well its not my firewall as it was off and still the same error code came up. This is very frustrating. I had set aside a couple of hours to play the game today and now that has been urinated away.

Retreival of lic failed due to error code -12. Do you mind explaining that to me??????

If I had looked a bit better? Hold on there partner, I'm not a crook and I paid for this game out of my own money. I shouldn't have to do any looking to get this game running (from a website). I typed both sets of numbers on the back of the manual into the key and got, again, an error message. Try and access it through the net? Nope, it isn't working. My rig runs all the games I've ever installed with no problem-until now. The support people at BF should be jumping through loops to rectify this problem-it isn't one I should be enduring.

Help. I bought this game from BF, have installed it, but the game says I can't play until I put in a license key that came with the email confirmation. That e-mail was apparently put in the trash (I bought the game nearly a month ago) and I now can't use the game which I spent a lot of money on. Does anyone know how i can access a game I bought? (I really don't like being treated like a crook after spending my money at BF).
