tedder7
all my forests and mountains are surrounded by white rectangle. It appears graphics are messed up. Is there a fix that I can do?
Hubert Cater
This happens on rare occasions when the video memory is not properly released by the system... can you try a reboot to see if this resolves the issue. Also, can you try the game with the non 3-D unit icons? This can be selected in the OPTIONS dialog in the top left corner of selectable options. IF this resolves the issue for you there is a fix for this in the works and in fact the new demo has this fix in place. You could download the new demo and confirm that the new fix indeed works on your system for now.
tedder7
Still didn't work. Must be my computer. The demo did the same thing on this computer, but worked fine on my notebook. I'll just have to play on my notebook. I'll keep checking to see if anyone else has this problem and a possible solution.
Pyran
I also am experiencing the same problem on my Dell 2002 XP machine with most non forest/mountains in two tone color diamonds (top triangle of diamond is normal feature and bottom triangle of diamond is grayish shaded by feature. In addition, if you use the grid, then the whole map is white under the cities and units. It does not matter whether you use 3-D units or not. Appreciate whatever help.
