Norwid
Hmm... My major complaint is that the gaming time is definietly too short. There should be an option to either play "historical" dates or till the bitter end. I find the idea of controling the world appealing.
imported_Dave_M
I agree. I would like to see it so that at the predefined end date (1946) you get a dialog that asks if you would like to "End, and score the game" or "Continue on...". I would ask that the game be modified so that if you continue past 1946, you would have the option to "End, and score the game" anytime after 1946 is reached. Thucydides
Absolutely agree. This would (a) improve gameplay, and ( simulate the possibility of an armistice... yes, I know that the Allies were historically committed to an Unconditional Surrender of the Axis forces, but in the 'What If?' world of Strategic Command, we should have the option at least. While we're on this topic - how about my earlier suggestion of an option to make (or try to make)individual peace treaties (a kind of 'undeclare war' option)...?
