Rommel_Wannabe Posted January 7, 2003 Share Posted January 7, 2003 I am somewhat of a newbie in this genre and this game, so I won't be suprised if this is an easy question to answer, but how do you ensure Operation Overlord's success? Every time I try I end up running out of supply, which makes all my ground troops sitting ducks. Even HQs run out of supply. Augustus Posted January 7, 2003 Share Posted January 7, 2003 Howdy: Use Yank troops only (my UK are in Sicily/Yugoslavia). Wait till you have about 6 armies, 1 armour, and 2-3 air fleet, plus 1 HQ. Keep them mid-atlantick, waiting patiently. The Axis AI never ventures forth with its' Kreigmarine, so nothing to worry about. Land in Brest, capture it, and move inwards.
