I'm a bit confused by the AAR, sounds like you are Axis and you are facing LC gambit, and you have invaded Norway? against LC gambit you need to build enough air to kill off more units than the Allies can build. Use land units across river to take down entrenchment then air to kill. Repeat. You have some extra time to take Paris because of delayed USA entry.
