Terif
March 8, 1942: Yes, Allies have to choose the best place to attack. They dont have superior numbers in this stage of war, they have to choose their targets and limit their losses. But now Russia grows stronger . Counterattack from 2 sides: from Smolensk, german army killed near Minsk. And from Riga russian tanks and armies move towards Koenigsberg to cut off german forces in middle Russia/Minsk. At Brest one italian corps destroyed, landings in France, Brest cut off.

zappsweden
I left Romania undefended occasionally when I needed units elsewhere. Bad mistake. Romania still fighting, no surrender. Axis operate loads of units towards Romania and Bulgaria to throw the Russian invaders out.
Terif
But first Russia took both romanian oilfields . Reinforcements arrive at Istanbul and Bucharest. The eastern turkish city conquered. zappsweden
November 1942: Axis try a last attempt to break the Russian line but fails. Iraq and turkey are in Russian hands now. Istanbul taken by Axis after heavy fighting. Allied navy attacked in the mediterranean by Luftwaffe. Axis surrender the war. Allies have too big MPP advantage now. Russia is on L3 jets like Axis now. The Romania mistake stalled me for 3-4 important turns while he conquered Turkey and Iraq. I have too few German units and not enought HQ experience to defeat Russia.
