Arty would be great, too, but thats an entirely different system, so I doubt thats practical... With AT guns, you either have them sitting there doing nothing, or otherwise have them take a pause to rotate, then 2 seconds pause to aim, and then fire at a tank. I don't really find this satisfactory. I was thinking that perhaps an order can be developed by which a unit would target a unit with its gun, and follow it, but hold fire until the right moment. Instead of holding your AT gun in ambush, and then making them take whats practical a snapshot, I think it'd be more realistic to simulate them aiming at the target thoroughly, reducing rotation time, as well as increasing first shot accuracy, before actually receiving the firing order.
