the cube Posted May 11, 2001 Share Posted May 11, 2001 Sorry about this, Using fireworks on my mac I made a mod which replaces the various menus with transparent versions by setting the background to CM's masking color. The problem is that though it works on my mac, for some reason all DeanCo gets on his PC is an eyeful of pink. Also, he emailed me that he once tried this with photoshop but without success. Madmatt Posted May 11, 2001 Share Posted May 11, 2001 IIRC the Hex is:FF00FF Which is also R=255 G=0 B=255 Note, that while on the PC there is a little more leeway with these colors than on the Mac. That means that you could have a 255,0.254 color (still looks pink) be transparent on a PC but show up as pink on the Mac, and thats normally what happens too.
