However, depending on your card, running 32bit with FSAA enabled what happens? I'm thinking the interpolation with the 32bit *should* improve the look over standard 16bit. I'm thinking it will also slow it down a lot. Are there framerate increases if you run in 16bit? I can't test this until tonight. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Olle Petersson Posted January 22, 2001 Share Posted January 22, 2001 All the original, and most of the modified, textures are in 24 bit colour depth, so I guess that's the optimum for CM. 32 bit will be slightly slower and 16 bit will not show everything correctly.
