In playing I have found myself wishing for a few informational items at various points during the game. It would be fabulous, if it were possible at the end of a battle, to open a "console" window while watching the playback of the turns. This window would display the exact mechanics of the weapon fire in the game. Ideally, you could save it to a file and then look it over as you watch the turn progression. This way, you could understand better why a round penetrated by knowing the impact angle, velocity, and all of the other variables that happen at the moment of impact. It could even show specifics about HE and small arms against soft targets. I know this may be asking a lot, but it would immensely improve my enjoyment of the game to see more of the nuts and bolts of the engine when hits and misses are being determined.
