Unfortunately he is unable to post it to his website, as he has other things going on in his life right now. I would like to offer it up to someone else to post. I will also gladly email it to anyone interested in infantry tactics. I am currently working on an Infantry in the Defense tutorial that I would like to eventually post as well.
