Kestrl Posted July 22, 2000 Share Posted July 22, 2000 Hey, I checked out the Grid Overlay Terrain and I think its gamey and just stupid. You as the commander of your units is supposed to decide the best position for your armor or support vehicles where they will be protected from the enemy. I guess some people are just to lazy to use the LOS tool or want every advantage they can get. I use the diffrent views and move commads to find a good hull down position for my armored units. This grid overlay just ruins the feel for Combat Mission. I'll be asking people i play against when doing a PBEM battle if they are using this Grid overlay. This is my opion on Grid Overlay Terrian.
