1.1b22 TacAI Death Threat Priorities

I've been noticing in the beta that units aren't taking the same actions to save their own lives that they used to.

For example, I told a bazooka to target a STUG and then moved the unit to a point where I thought it could engage.

During the turn, the Stug came to me within 30m of my unit with a perfect LOS both ways. My unit didn't drop and shoot or run for cover. It just kept plodding along to the movement point.

I have also noticed this with armor where the armor will ignore a perfect target of opportunity in order to fulfill its movement order. The hunter becomes the hunted and my unit gets nailed.

The units were Regulars.

I really didn't notice this before. Can anyone confirm what I think I'm seeing?

In most instances, the unit should have reacted somehow to save its own hide.
