jackhammer
Hi. I would appreciate any assistance in this area!
M Hofbauer
you can replace the intro music with any other *.wav file. rename your NEW intro sound to 00005010.wav and move it into the CMBO/WAV/ folder, where it replaces the original. ------------------ "Say i think u all need to chill out." Bruno Weiss
I talked to Nightcrawler about this. Something to do with CM playing it off a .mov file for the intro movie. But then another guy said he was using the theme to Combat, the TV show. This seems to be one of the mysteries of the moment. ------------------ "Wer zuerst schiesst hat mehr von Leben" Moto-(3./JG11 "Graf") Bruno "Stachel" Weiss
M Hofbauer
jackhammer, if you want us to help you you need to be more specific. which "intro music" do you mean, the movie music or the one played when you enter the main screen? If it is the latter, see my procedure above. It works fine for me. If it is the former, sorry, but not possible. "it did not work." again, that doesn't really help. exactly WHAT did not work? did the game crash, did it still play the old music, did it play no music, or.....?? jackhammer
I want to change the music for the main screen. I tried changing a wav file to 00005010 and then putting it in to the cm wav folder. It asks if I want to replace the file. I answer yes. I start game but its the same old sound. Itried using 00000170 but all i get with that is a fast forward sound ( high pitched noise)

Ellros
This isn't exactly the same topic, but similar... How would one "slow down" the intro movie? Or is it even possible? It runs awfully fast IMO. Makes it hard to actually get a good look at some of the detail.
