Atlas
In my experience, I find that LARGE Quick Battles are constructed as wide, thin, rectangles that place opposing units close to one another along a wide front. Is there a way to create such battles such that opposing units have greater depth and face each other on a smaller front? Thanks. ------------------ "...when ever I think of the attack (at Kursk), my stomach turns over." AH
JoePrivate
You can limit the 'frontage' of a QB by choosing a Small map. A large force will make for a corresponding larger map anyway. Apart from creating your own map the depth can't really be adjusted in a QB by the player.
Wayne
You might try playing around with the time of play setting. If you have large forces set to play for 30 minutes the program probably gives you a thin map so you are not spending too much time moving across the map into contact. Try several settings with the same force and see what happens. ------------------ Blessed be the Lord my strength who teaches my hands to war and my fingers to fight.
