SGT Casey
I downloaded the guide and have been reading through it so when I get a copy of the game, I'm better prepared to get my butt kicked. My question is will there be a printed copy of the manual included or only the electronic version on the CD? Dave
MajorH TacOps Developer
No printed manual for TacOps. All TacOps doc uses Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF. You do get a nice DVD style, hard plastic box. [ September 07, 2002, 04:33 PM: Message edited by: MajorH ]
SGT Casey
Thanks for a quick answer! I'll have to print a copy out I suppose. Worth it to save on the game, though! BTW, I sent an email off to the Fort Knox people about getting a copy of the game and they are sending one, but it is going to take a while (their words) so I just ordered it anyway. Call me impatient! Dave
MajorH TacOps Developer
Probably just as well. Fort Knox is currently distributing TacOpsCav v402 which lacks some features that I added to TacOps v403FE. I have provided them with TacOpsCav v403FE but I don't know how long it may take them to start passing it out. Jeff Gilbert
Major, in response to your remark that the Army can be sometimes slow ... it took me 21 years to do a 20 hitch ... or maybe I'm just a slow learner.
