What is meant by a double blind op/scen?

Seems like a misnomer to me.

A double blind pharmacutical study is one where neither the people doing the study nor the people participating in it have any knowledge of what's real medicine and what's a placebo.

Wouldn't that mean that in terms of CM neither the players nor the designer would have any knowledge of the scenario? That'd be a good trick, at any rate.

(Kingfish is right, though, that what they mean is that neither player has info on the scenario. I just think it's being used wrong...)

The Journal of Irreproducible Results published a paper a while back on the Triple-Blind methodology, in which the patients don't know what they are receiving, the assistants don't know what they are distributing, and the researcher doesn't know what he is doing.
