What's Next for CM ?

I've barely dinged the surface of this game and look forward to months of slogging thru France, Belgium et al, BUT, I was wondering ....... how about an expansion pack(I know this is stupidly premature) into the Pacific Theater? Give the developers a week in Hawaii (jungle inspiration, you know) and let 'em begin. Okay, okay, just trying to squirrel away my next few wargaming years. Meantime, back to the bocage.

BTS already has plans for an entire line of Combat Mission sequals. Next is the Eastern front. Unfortunatly, there are no plans regarding a Pacific theater game. Do a search on it and you'll see it's been discussed rabidly over and over for the last couple years.

In a nut shell Steve and Charles are big fans of the ETO and don't have any interest i doing a PTO game.

I know of a really nice little house on stilts in the rainforest on the Big Island (near Volcano Village) that they could stay in for inspiration. Spent two weeks there, rained 25 inches, and that was about average, but it's very pleasant rain. They could even help patrol the property perimeters for pakololo plants.
