There is no paper manual for TacOps. The following electronic documentation (in Acrobat Reader PDF format) will be installed in your TacOps folder if you choose to do the full install: A 28 page Tutorial - "Tutorial.pdf". A 214 page User Guide - "Guide - User.pdf". A 202 page Scenario Guide - "Guide - Scenarios.pdf". 20 U.S. Army Field Manuals (100 Megabytes in a folder titled "TacOps Library").
