Saving entire battle to camera.

Recommended Posts

I don't have the full game yet, and had a couple of questions/suggestions. First, is it possible at the end of a battle to watch the entire fight from beginning to end?

And for CM2, I would like to recommend a recordable camera option(If my first question is possible). When I had Aces of the Pacific, they used a camera system where you could be like a director and record camera angles after a mission was over.

What you would do with CM is, after an entire battle is over, you choose to go to director mode. In this mode, you get to watch the entire 35 turns or whatever from beginning to end. In the director mode there would also be a recording option. You set where you want the camera, then hit record. It records the action from your camera angle. Just pause it, make a new angle, then start recording again. This way you could put your best battles into a saved camera format which would also be presented to potential viewers in an organized, cool manner. They can see all the important action and with cool directorial flare. smile.gif

If this has been talked about a million times over already, I'm sorry to bring it up again. I just recently came over here from the WWII On-line forum and I'm not quite up to date as the rest of you are.

Oh yea, this is one feature almost everyone is dying for. Here's a couple of URL's I found in a quick search. A more exhaustive search will reveal more I'm sure. wink.gif
