That it has gone Gold has been implied, but not announced by any source I would consider reliable. It seems however that BTS is not yet willing to release it and is as yet polishing. I would love to hear that I am incorrect and that it is being duplicated and shipped but... Big Time Software, the Developer of CM, has a long history of delivering the goods. You won't be disappointed!" I know it has been mentioned by Steve and/or Charles that the final game should ship around the first week of June.
