pmaidhof
I know that a player can select numerous units by holding down LMB and dragging a loop around the units. Can the player then assign common waypoints? If not, what can be gained by doing this outside of using it in the cpx umpire mode?

Can the > player then assign common waypoints? Yes by pasting orders that were previously copied into memory. 1. Open a unit orders window by clicking on a unit marker. 2. Give the unit movement orders by setting waypoints. 3. Select the Orders/Copy Orders menu item. This will copy the orders of the unit into memory. 4. Close the unit orders window. 5. Select a group of unit markers by dragging out a selection rectangle. 6. Select the Orders/Paste Orders menu item. Each selected unit will then be given the same orders/waypoints. > If not, what can be gained by doing this outside of using it in the cpx umpire mode? Several menu items will work on a selected group of unit markers.
