CMBN not working correctly on Windows 10

I purchased CMBN about two years ago. It was up and running on my windows box. I uninstalled it. I just re-installed and it starts, I can choose a scenario and then when the game begins I can't select units, the screen is only refreshing in parts and I don't think the interface is fully working - for example I can see units but can't select them with the mouse.

Can you take and share some screenshots or video? Anything graphically looking amiss? Computer hardware specs also good to know for any assistance. For example, there has been some issues with AMD Graphics drivers recently.

@Ithikial_AUThanks so much for such a quick response! It looks like it has something to do with the AMD drivers :(.  I set the AMD settings per this post: 

and it seems to be working ok. I will post back here if that is not the case. Thanks again!

Also if you haven't submitted an AMD Bug Report Tool please do that as well.

It's been 9-months and this issue needs to be resolved.  Additionally, people with newer 7000 series GPUs will never be able to downgrade, making CM painful to play going forward.
