Need Help Adding Building Mods To Get Full Stalingrad Effect

I need a bit of help, I want to add Umlaut's Mods to Pye's Stalingrad Building Mods, and I can't forget Kieme's RT Buildings so now do I just add the factory mods to my Stalingrad folder, or do I have to remove all of the Tags, because there is the [Umlat's Factory] and [24pd], and if I remember correctly, I think Kohlenclau did some work here too? I have no problem removing all of the tags but S#&T, that's a big Mod.
