aka_Deadline Posted August 23, 2000 Share Posted August 23, 2000 just a general comment about CM and so... how's it going...just bored and restless...so I thought I would take a break at work from being bored and restless and write this email. So how are your games (Pbem) going, you kicking some serious but or are they kicking yours. Man I played CM till 2:30 am last night then went to bed woke up about 6:00 am and got to work for 7:30 am. ( and I am not tired as much as I thought I would be) This game is great, I guess I have become a CM Addict as I play it everyday and many hours on weekends. You say get a life,well I have one but I like the challenge and skill that CM provides and the ability to play against players around my own age group.(being 39 and still love the idea of playing games) The Players that I have played with (PBEM) have a variety of skills and abilities and I have learned something from every player. I have even developed friendships with many players that I play on a regular basis. Every player is different in terms of how they play, In one case I played the same map against 7 different players of all different skill sets and every game was a challenge. I guess what I am trying to say is this is the first game that I have played and I have played many over the years that actually makes me look forward to turning on my computer and downloading my (PBEM) to check on a game that I have locked into a death struggle to take a hill as my armor pounds on his and his pounds on mine.
