ManiK
My CMMOS file is huge and it's taking up too much space on my HD so I need to move it over to my bigger one. I already know that when you move a program to a different drive it won't work but I'm not sure how (if it's even possible) to get it to work. I don't want to have to delete my CMMOS and start over, thanks in advance.
Larry Thorne
Hi I had the same problem as I have my HD divided into 4 different drives. Anyway I just copyed the Cmmos Folder to another drive and it works well nothing extra to do etc. What I don´t know is that if you have a different (physical) HD and moving the folder to that how things work after that. This is something you moght wanna ask at the tech forum. But if you are talking about moving the folder within a diveded HD go ahead it works fine. Hope this helps.
