Yeah yeah, sure I have a new POTD and a cool feature on Artillery effects on buildings and the Annex has the collected information on Proper Indirect artillery procedures but what you really want to hear is that I KICKED FIONNS ASS!

In a PBEM game based on VoT (and earlier incarnation of whats in the demo) I forced fionn to surrender after a mere 15 turns of butt kicking!

Check out CMHQ or CMHQ-A for the picture of the SURRENDER!!!! BWAWAWAWAWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA

AHEM... So that would mean that since I killed two of your tanks and hit another from about 20 metres (with a shot which didn't quite kill it ;( ) that I actually exceeded what Steve found the norm in the scenario wink.gif.

Did you mention that this is the scenario in which I got 2 Pz IVs (mobile scrap) instead of a Panther ?

Which site (CMHQ/Annex) is it first then what page has the broken link and what is the name of the link and whats it supposed to be linking to?

Also do you get an error or a blank screen when you click on then link?

I think I may have found the page you were talking about. Its the Golden BB index page in the Annex right? It had no links visible?

If so then its fixed and YUP it was another pain in the ass Netscape specific problem...PIECE OF CRAP BROWSER!!!!

The CMHQ New Feature Artillery, something didn't show up. Got the black screen in Netscape.

Don't know if you've fixed that yet or not. Just got back on the browser, been writing an email to Wild Bill. wink.gif

Ok, I fixed it, You were talking about the new Anatomy of Chaos feature on CMHQ.

The black screen of death with Netscape is caused by two things:

#1 Netscape is a steamy pile of Poo

#2 Netscape doesnt know crap about how to handle formated text fields, only tables...

That will make updates a little more time consuming but I should be able to cut WAY back on any more of those Black Screen errors.

Of course if everyone would just bend to my will and use IE we would all be happy and get to see all my hard work in its native splendor. Compare my sites in both Netscape and IE, not only is MUCH better looking in IE but you will notice it loading faster as well...

Say what you want about MS (chances are I will agree!) But IE will take just about anything thrown at it webwise...

I am sure you do, Now design a webpage with FrontPage and see how much you like it.

And yes I hav screwed with Netscape Composer, HotDog, and Dreamweaver but could never get over the 'ease' (well maybe not ease, I dont know what to call it...More like a virus I can't shake) of FrontPage.

I now have 4 versions of Netscape that use to test (having two laptops and two main PC's at home sure helps!) and two versions of IE.

On any given page it may look great on both IE's, ok on two of the Netscapes, fair on one Netscape and wont load on the last version of Netscape.

To me that proves this formula:

NETSCAPE=BIG PILE OF STEAMY STICKY CLUMPY POO

And I wont get into a browser war cause their isnt one! IE all the way, or at least until they work the bugs outa NS6! wink.gif

I dont understand why beating Fionn is such a big deal, he has never claimed or bragged about being the best wargamer just a avid one. In VoT the Germans are underpowered. I walked all over them without even trying hard.
