That's a purely kind of cosmetic role-playing on my part and it also impact my game in the sense it also ties up the area operation of certain of my allied units. In practice that means, Hungary gets Yugoslavia, Bulgaria gets Greece, Romania the Ukraine. Italy gets Egypt, Transjordan, Saudi Arabia... and the UK should I sea lion!
