Question about CMA..

I know this is Black Sea forum, but CMAs forum is a bit dead. I am just curious what happened between BFC and Snowball? Did they have a falling out? Did CMA do really bad or something? I think it would be great if companies like Snowball could give us more varied CM games like Russia fighting in Chechnya or Korea maybe even some early war ww2. It could be neat
