Russia's evidently okay with clandestine arms export into Ukraine but is not at all keen regarding something similar going the other way and not under its control. Adding to the weirdness? The guy mentioned in the article, Anton Lavrov, is a noted aviation analyst and wrote the piece akd cited elsewhere on Russian air losses in the Georgian War.
