Greg Scurlock
I'm dieing to view the demo movies of CM but can't get them to work. After downloading I get the sound but no video. I should have all the bells and whistles to do this. Could anyone advise me if I may be missing something.
Moon
Download the newest version of QuickTime. This should solve all the problems.
Guest Big Time Software
Also, if you are using Windows Uncle Bill was not too kind to QT so some people have had problems even if they have QT 3 (although Moon says QT4 should work). The work around is to remap the file extensions to QT, or drag and drop the movie files onto the QT player. Steve

Moon
Yep, I couldn't run the movies on my new computer with QT3, then downloaded QT4 and all works perfectly. I would actually recommend downloading QT4 anyways - it's free and a lot better than 3. Looks like Apple is starting some kind of offensive against all the other .avi's and .things... Guest Big Time Software
There are links on our Movies page, but you can also just go to: www.quicktime.com And it will bounce you to the right spot. Steve
