TeAcH Posted November 26, 1999 Share Posted November 26, 1999 Okay. Here I go. Let me see if I can say this right, but first off, if it means significant delay on the final release, then bag it. A demo of the new build would serve a very useful purpose. 1) It would allow the huge customer base, evident here in posts, to continue on as quasi-beta testers on the most recent build helping to refine the quality of the final product. Guest KwazyDog Posted November 27, 1999 Share Posted November 27, 1999 TeAch, this one was actually asked a few days ago If I recall the reply was that it is not going to happen because Charles has to pull out a lot of code and make a lot of changes to turn the full version into the demo version, which means a lot of time lost. This would probably add days, if not a week to the release day, which I dont think anyone wants I *believe* there will be a demo release on the final code in a few weeks though, so hang in there guys.
