BradinAus Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 I have just bought and upgraded my CMFI to 3.0. It appears that air strikes are still controlled by forward observers. womble Posted September 9, 2014 Share Posted September 9, 2014 It's a feature. It's a feature that fell out by accident and was hotfixed back in, at least in the BN engine 3 upgrade. I don't think it was much noticed in FI. It's arguable that TAC Air should follow the Red Thunder model in FI, at least in '43, since FAC doctrine apparently didn't really get "off the ground" until after Normandy, so I'd assume the earlier time frame would make it even less wieldy. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
