And that is, if I go to the Watch Instantly page and select a film, a window opens as normally, but it stays black. The film does not load. This has been the case no matter which film or program I select. This condition has existed for at least the last couple of days when I first noticed it. Michael Emrys Posted September 3, 2014 Author Share Posted September 3, 2014 Found the problem. It wasn't Flash; I had received two updates in the past month, so I figured it was current. It occurred to me to try simply restarting my computer. I had had a similar problem with YouTube a couple of times in recent years and a restart fixed it then.
