Saint19 Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 I'm talking about another sim, hopefully that doesn't get me into trouble. But I did find APOS for $4.99 at Gamersgate. So I'll be trying it out. I'm not sure when I'll have the time to really get into it as I mostly play Shock Force right now and am pretty busy with real life. But I also crave some WW2 type sim action. I figure for the of $4.99 price it couldn't hurt. Eventually I'd like to get either CMBN or CMFI as well. I find the interface very tricky at this point. CMSF seemed much easier for me to navigate around. I don't want to say anything "negative". It's just that I find it difficult at this point to get into the game. I do enjoy that it has an encyclopedia. But the documentation is sparse. fry30 Posted August 27, 2013 Share Posted August 27, 2013 To be honest, I don't think Battlefront has an issue with asking/talking about other games, esp. on a General Discussion thread. That being said however, I purchased APOS about a year or so ago for 20.00. Upgrading it is a pain in the ass, and in my opinion several features are fundamentally flawed and undo the whole game experience. I haven't given it a chance in a while, but again that has more to do with the impossible upgrade situation (and lack of customer support) than anything else. -BUT OP LEVEL combat simulation?
