JonS
If anyone knows a specific scenario in a specific campaign that offers vehicle repair before the next scenario I'd be interested in playing around with it. Just create yourself a little dummy 2-scenario 'campaign' with small flat muddy maps and a single tank on the player side. Set the repair parameter to 100%, then compile and play the campaign. Drive your tank around in the first scenario until it immobilises, then ceasefire and see if it shows up in the second scenario.
YankeeDog
Yeah... I guess the "Repair Vehicle" factor in campaigns does kind of cover it. I was thinking more of a factor that would take into account the recovery and return to action of vehicles that aren't really damaged at all, just bogged down in the mud or maybe with very minor damage that could be repaired without a trip to a repair depot, like a sheared track pin or thrown track. This kind of thing is pretty different than a vehicle that has actually sustained any significant damage from enemy fire to the running gear, drive train, etc. But it's probably asking an awful lot of the game engine to "know" and keep track of which a vehicles have been immobilized by bogging or simple track damage, and which ones actually have something more serious wrong with their locomotive machinery. Minor niggle at best. I can definitely live with how it is now.
