bruce90 Posted December 28, 2012 Share Posted December 28, 2012 I have just tried to purchase the V2 upgrade using my Visa Debit Card. The purchase was refused with the messages..'Error Fraud Protection Service Filter ?" Declined by filters' and 'Error processing the payment (payflow-pro)'. I tried three times carefully checking the Card details each time but had same two messages each time. I use this card regularly and have had no problem with it buying anything else. Michael Emrys Posted December 28, 2012 Share Posted December 28, 2012 Have you checked to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the purchase? If that is okay, then contact Moon@BFC. You might also want to talk to the issuer of your card to make sure no one has mucked around with it somehow. Good luck.
