It required that your CM game was played and saved as a PBEM (with each turn's 'movie' file being present). I don't know any more about it or where you can download it though. However I don't believe that it will work in the manner that you would hope - since there would be load ups of each movie file - it wouldn't play your battle from end to beginning seamlessly. Many people have requested this feature, but it turned out to be too complex to code up with the current engine (this was investigated back in the days of CMBB's development).
