Does this mean all tickets made on the "other" helpdesk aren't being reviewed? Been unable to get any support for weeks :̣́(

Goodday, I've lost my username - password combination and have made a ticket at the help desk about this over 3 weeks ago. I am yet to receive a reply. I've also emailed sales@battlefront.com but no reply from them either. Then I went to the official discord and asked there and they told me to make a forum post here so here I am. Any support would be really appreciated as I'm unable to play any CM titles and it's a real bummer. Thanks
