I don't need a lecture from you or anyone else about what I should or shouldn't be looking up in regards to charges from my countries customs. Iv'e ordered plenty of software from games companies including this one before and have never been caught for this sort of charge, it's my right as a customer to complain when I've been shafted. At the end of the day Battlefront made NO attempt to point this out on their site when they were pushing their product, therefore it was underhand. It never ceases to amaze me how any forum I go on there will always be some veteran member blatantly defending that companies poor customer service, they must churn you people out in a factory somewhere!

I'm in the UK, is that right that I've got to pay another £40 to get my steel box? All I've had is an email saying my games on it's way. I pre-ordered this game within about 8 hours of it being announced on Battlefront, how the hell can they get away with that? If this is the case it will be the last time I order anything from them, when I think of the amount of money I've spent on their site in the past and this is how you get treated.
