    We operate on US EST time zone so you'll get a response sometime tomorrow, but for sure I see a problem.   You have not entered your original CMSF1 Base Game license key.  See where it says "Main Game v2"?  You should also see "Main Game v1" if the license was entered.  Remember, the 3 Module Bundle is only the Modules, so you must also have a Base Game key.  Again, John will help sort that out for you tomorrow.

       Yeah, I figured out that it wants a key for SF 1. Trouble is I don't have one. In the past I was told to just install SF1 and then a module with it's key and it would work.  Problem is it doesn't work now.  Still waiting to hear from  John.

    Yes you should get a response by email from the Help Desk and logging in shouldn't be an issue either.  I suspect the two are related.  What MIGHT have happened is you made a typo in your email address (or used a different one) so that when you submitted the response went somewhere else and your login isn't working for the same reason. I'll flag you so John can contact you off Forum and straighten things out using your real name.

    It still is not working for me. Everything shows activated except SF1. The screen says activation success and shows this. I hit "Play" and after a delay I get a splash screen. Now all I did was try the Marine bundle again. Do I need to go thru all of them once more? Also I know I did not make a typo on my email address. I expressly checked that it was correct, plus I submitted it twice and checked both times,and it is not a different one. I also checked my spam and there is no response there either.  My email address is ###. My log in works to access my account and see all my orders, but I can not log in to see status of ticket. Also when I try to get a link to reset my password in order to access ticket status it says link sent, but nothing arrives. Anyway, I look forward to hearing from John. Thanks.

  3. So all you fellows who submitted a ticket and got the SF1 key. When you submitted the ticket did you get an email or something letting you know they got your ticket? I've submitted tickets twice, but cannot check their status because for some reason I can't login to do that. I figure If I was successful the first time then I would have heard something by now, so it must not have worked correctly.

     

  4. Well, I can access my account with my userid and password, but not the help desk. So I assumed I had to have a different I'd and password. I have had help from the help desk in the past, so I assumed I had setup a different password. Oh, and I think the help desk asks for an email address, which I tried both, email and userid. Anyway I click on send me an email for a password reset, and though it says it has sent it, nothing shows up. The reason I have a different userid on the message board is because it wouldn't accept my I'd used to access my account. I certainly didn't do it just to have different ID's. so I don't seem to be able to submit a ticket with the help desk. The pain  is I go thru something like this every time I've changed computers, had hardware crashes, or something else in the 12 or so years I've dealt with this company. Far more than anywhere else. If I didn't like the games I wouldn't have hung around so long.

    WEll, I've tried, but it tells me my log in is incorrect.....I guess you have to have separate log ins for your account, then the message board and now help desk....I clicked forgot password and get the message password sent to my email, only it doesn';t up, and not in spam either. What a pain with this outfit.

  6. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking...only problem is I don't have the SF1 key. I bought the game when it first came out....when was it...2006, 2007? My order listing on my account only goes back to 2009. In the past when I've had problems reinstalling I had been told that all I had to do was install the base game and then a module and use the module key. It always worked, but doesn't seem to work for this.

     

  7. I'm having the same problem. Thing is, I don't have my SF1 key. In the past when I had an issue I was told I only need my module keys and it would work. I've entered my module keys for marines= british and for nato, and it says version 1 and 2 unlocked for each, but it only says version 2 of SF unlocked. It doesn't say Version 1 of SF unlocked also. I just end up with the splash screed and if restarting I have to activate again because the play button is greyed out.

  8. HI I'm downloading the big upgrade at the moment...I have SF1 and all the modules. I don't have the activation code for SF1, but I do have all the codes for the the modules. If I remember right, when I've had issues in the past I was told all I had to do was enter the activation code for the module and didn't need the code for SF1. Is the is still the case or do you have to enter every code for SF1 and the modules?

     

  9.   I kept the whole platoon of tanks together....ran them carefully down the middle thru the valley. I sent one platoon of infantry with them to clear the buildings,,,the infantry really didn't have much to do though. The Abrams took out almost everything in front of them...UAV's spotted a lot of the Russian vehicles and precision artillery took them out. The other infantry platoon I sent down the left side and they were a little cut up by a T-72 that advanced to the left of the government complex. Well, a lot cut up. Wow, the T-72 did a number on them and I had neglected to have them acquire Javelins. Right there at the end the Russians made an advance at my guys just as I was reorganizing for an infantry assault on the office complex. I figured it needed both platoons to clear it out so was in the process of shifting.Anyway, the Russians advanced right into the sight of my Bradleys and were killed. The Russians surrendered...Total Victory. I lost 2 Bradleys and a Hummer. The Russians lost...I don't remember but it was most of what they had....I say one tank left in the review.

  10. It would be nice to see some new scenarios/campaigns on .....well, the invasion of Iraq, or perhaps the now threatening Korean war......I would certainly pay for that. Ok, Syria was ok....but there are real battles to simulate. I'm hoping that history and not fiction is being considered in the next versions of this game.

  11. Hmm...well, I thought that must be the answer....the original game was saved under a different version. Both computers now have version 1.30. I loaded up the old game on the old laptop and then saved it. I figured that would convert the save to the new version. I then copied it to the desktop(new laptop) and still no joy...the new computer doesn't see the file. I then copied the save file for a new campaign from the new computer over to the old laptop, and the old laptop did see it and I was able to load the game. I guess I just have to go with this new game.

  12. Ok, I've found that when I have no internet access and try to play Shock Force it thells me my NATO license has expired and won't let me play. If I have internet access there's no problem. So, does this mean I have to be online to play this? REally unfortunate since I'm a truck driver and often do not have internet access. IS this intended or is there a fix for this?

  13. Well, after a few suggestions not working I got one that did. The solution seemed to be to run the game as administrator after installing the NATO module. I apologise for the cursing. That was due to having quite a bit to drink last night and then running into this problem. I was helped and the problem was solved. Thank you for that.

  14. I'm not trying to redownload anything. These modules were working fine....I then purchased the NATO module and now the British and Marine modules dont' work....I get the error 11 message and it says the licenses have expired....now....it asks for licenses and they are pre-entered....if the are the right licenses I don't know.....I bought the modules having a problem with other computers that are dead now. I did have them working on this computer though....so where are the licenses? Is there a file with them? This is such crap having to mess with this. I buy ...literally hundreds of games.....and I have not had this kind of bull**** problem except with this game. Again....I'm not trying to download anything....these modules were installed and activated until I bought the NATO module and now they don't work. This is crap....and ....well, very customer unfriendly.

  15. Ok I just retried it....Now the British module doesn't work either....it says the licenses are expired....does this mean you want me to buy the games again? Bull****....why would the licenses be expired? Is there a time limit...this is such crap. You don't advertise a time limit on the games, so what is this ****? This really pisses me off....I don't run into this kind of crap with any other games and believe me I buy a lot of games. You have just lost a customer if I don't hear from you very soon. Your paranoia is really frustrating. Most of the time when I try to access this site when my interntet access is via my air card I get blocked...that is bull**** too. I only have these problems with your site....which means you have a really ****ed up site.....

  16. Ok....you lowered the price for the NATO module and I bought it. It wasw the only module I hadn't bought for Shockforce.....after installing it when I start CM Shockforce it wants licenses for everything....It seems I can run everything except the marine module....it says the licenses are expired or been used up or some such crap, although I've not installed on anything else....tell me how to fix your bull**** system or refund my money.....
